If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access to the service.

The Company name, Hummer / Exhaust / Exhaust Garment and all related terms, names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans, materials on this Website including the text, information, graphics, pricing, content, products and services are trademarks and intellectual property of the Company or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company or its owners. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on this Website are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Hummer by Exhaust Garment Sdn Bhd carried out the sales of goods of this website, our company registered address No.1065, Jalan Makmur 5/7, Kawasan Perindustrian Taman Makmur, 09600 Lunas, Kedah, Malaysia registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia, with Company Number 1148828-K (new: 201501023499).

Contract
When you place an order with online store, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between Hummer for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved or we will debited your credit or debit card.

Pricing & Availability
Hummer try and ensure that all details and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, processing errors may occur. If Hummer discover an error in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered, Hummer will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If Hummer are unable to reach you, Hummer will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have paid for the goods, Hummer will fully refund.

The prices on the Hummer online store website are exclude delivery charges, delivery costs will be charged based on states. West Malaysia (RM8 per postage, If you order up to RM80.00, there will be no charges for delivery cost) ; East Malaysia (RM12 onwards based on parcels weight) ; such additional charges are clearly displayed, where applicable, and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Hummer reserve the right to correct and update information at any time without prior notice for any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and also reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation or out-of-date information for the pricing, shipping and also payment terms.

Products
Hummer do not warrant that Hummer product descriptions on Hummer web page or other content of Hummer . Service are accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. If a product offered by is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. However, not all product can be returned under Hummer standard policy procedures. Some items are not eligible for return for refund or exchange unless defective. Return products have to be in new and original condition, original product packaging attached with it's original price tags and labels.

Goods will not be dispatch out if Hummer haven't receive your payment. You may refer to our Payment Methods.

Product Information
We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

User shall agree that Hummer may send newsletters regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc. through email to the user.

Indemnification
The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold Hummer harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Any access link to third-party sites is at your own risk. Hummer will not be related or involved to any such website if the user's content/product(s) got damaged or lost have any connection with the third-party site.

Inaccuracy Information
From time to time, there may be information on Hummer that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, and omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability, and article contents. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or Hummer. The customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, Hummer may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply with the terms and conditions above.
